Admin juga mengalami masalah yang sama dan setelah mencari seketika di laman google, akhirnya terjumpa juga punca masalah dan penyelesaiannya.
Petikan daripada forum Google.

It's only happening on new uploads, so something must be broken there.
I have tried a variety of templates, and pngs (and even tested those which are fine on another existing site), so I know 100% it's nothing to do with me.
Anyone else experiencing this and can we get a fix ASAP, please?

The workaround:
- Go to your Google+ settings: https://www.google.com/settings/plus
- Scroll down to the Photos section.
- De-select Auto Enhance "Automatically enhance new photos." Your photo preferences will automatically save.
Selesai! Selamat mencuba..
